Macmillan Big Coffee Morning 24 Sep 2014
This year’s Macmillan Big Coffee Morning will take place on Wednesday 24th September 2014 from 10.00am to noon at Highbridge Community Hall. There will be the usual cake stall and raffle, plus, other attractions, perhaps. Please attend if you can and help us raise money for Macmillan Cancer.

WW1 Tribute Today
At 12.15 pm today August 4th, a tribute to those that gave their lives in WW1 was given by Pearl Price and attended by members of the U3A at the War Memorial, Southwell House, Highbridge.
World War 1 Tribute from U3A Highbridge
Some time ago Jean Williams who runs our Floral Art Group suggested we (U3A) could produce a wreath or equal to mark the WWI centenary. Beading Group to Restart in August
The Beading Group will resume on August 18th with a new Group Leader – Rose Bateman, and a new venue at Smurl Lane, West Huntspill. The classes will run on the 3rd Monday of every month at 10.00 am to 12.00 pm as before.
