We regret to announce that the May/June 2019 U3A magazine will not be distributed on the first Wednesday of May (May 1st) as originally planned, but will be distributed on the following Wednesday (May 8th). This is due to availability of distribution volunteers as a result of holidays.

The notice for the U3A Open Day 2018 has been updated. Lunch is now £3.00 and not £2.50 as previously stated.

Three dates have been arranged for Cream Teas this year: Tuesday July 17th Tuesday August 21st Monday September 17th Venue for all is Highbridge Community Hall at 3.30pm. Cost is £3.00 for each cream tea.

A new Theatre Trip has been added to the calendar—’Cats’ at the Weston-Super-Mare Playhouse on Saturday October 27th 2018. Coach leaves Highbridge Community Hall at 1pm. Cost is £21.00.

Walking group programme for June to September 2018 has been added to the Walking Group page. Also, Walking Group has changed from two days per month to just the 3rd Friday of every month.

There will be an EGM (Emergency General Meeting) during the Coffee Morning on Wednesday June 13th at 11 AM. This is expected to be a short meeting.

Walk 18th May  Please note that we have changed the published walk on the 18th May.  It will now start from the lay by at Black Rock (Grid Reference ST482546) at the top of Cheddar Gorge instead of the YMCA carpark at Street.  We will also be meeting up an hour earlier than usual (9.00am) at Bank Street Car
